Plans and images are very important in conveying the aspirations for the redevelopment. The Masterplan development follows a very robust process that considers the wider setting of the site and connectivity to the City and surrounding areas as well as the actual site itself. This plan indicates how the site could be developed by applying details to the parameters plan using the design code. The plan is not a fixed representation of any final scheme, but an indication of what could be delivered if the current planning application is approved.

Mount Vale & Tadcaster Road Junction Proposals

Sketch Masterplan 2
This Masterplan has been prepared to reflect the findings of the urban analysis study and the feedback from public exhibition N0 1, The Community Forum, English Heritage and Council Officers. It represents the progress as at June 2009 and will be exhibited for comment and feedback on the 12th and 13th June 2009 at St Chad's Church Hall, Campleshon Road.
